What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the style and materials. Small trial orders are welcome — tell us your target quantity and we will find a solution.
How long does sampling take?
Pre-production samples are usually ready in 5–7 days after the design is confirmed. Sample fees are refundable against your bulk order.
What is the production lead time?
Typically 25–40 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and season. We confirm the exact schedule with your quotation.
Can you manufacture our own design?
Yes. We offer both OEM (your logo on our existing designs) and ODM (full custom development from your sketches, tech packs or reference samples).
What certifications does your factory hold?
Our factory is certified with BSCI, ISO 9001, SEDEX, RoHS and GRS.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Payment and trade terms are flexible and agreed per order. We ship worldwide by sea, air or express and support FOB, EXW and CIF terms.
