This guide walks through the entire journey end to end, so you know what to expect at every stage before you send your first message, whether you are placing a small trial order or launching a full product line.
1. Inquiry & Quotation
Send your design, reference photo or concept along with your target quantity, materials and any branding requirements. We reply with a factory-direct quotation within 24 hours. At this stage, decide whether your project is OEM or ODM — it changes the timeline and the questions we ask you next.
2. Sampling
Our pattern makers turn your sketch, tech pack or reference sample into a production-ready pattern. Pre-production samples are typically ready in 5–7 days for OEM orders; ODM projects add extra time upfront for design and pattern development. This is the point to check fit, hardware, stitching and color before committing to bulk production.
3. MOQ & Costing
Our MOQ is tiered: a single sample can be made at 1 piece, while bulk production runs from 200 pieces per style/color. That means you can validate a design before committing to a full production order — a normal first step for new clients rather than an exception.
4. Bulk Production

5. Quality Control
Every order goes through in-line inspection during production, plus a final random inspection (AQL) covering materials, stitching, hardware, zippers and finishing before packing. We are BSCI, ISO 9001, SEDEX, RoHS and GRS certified, and third-party inspectors are welcome to visit on-site or we can arrange a video inspection call.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Once inspection is passed, goods are packed and shipped by sea, air or express courier, depending on your timeline and budget. We can quote on an EXW, FOB or DDP basis and work with your freight forwarder, or recommend one for first-time importers.
7. Reorders & Long-Term Partnership
Once a style is proven, reorders skip most of the sampling stage since your pattern and specs are already on file — turnaround is typically faster than the first order. Many of our 200+ brand partners start with a single trial style and expand into a full product line over time.
